Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid MarketBall subscriptions, operated by Seth Wyatt Griffin. MarketBall subscriptions provide access to fantasy football analytics, rankings, insights and content.

What You Are Buying

• Monthly ($4.99/month): recurring subscription that renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• NFL Season Pass ($19.99): a one-time purchase covering the remainder of the 2026 NFL season. It does not auto-renew.
• Annual ($29.99/year): recurring subscription that renews automatically each year until cancelled.

How to Cancel

Self-service billing management is not live yet. To cancel a recurring subscription, email marketballsupport@gmail.com and we will process your cancellation. Once self-service billing management is available, you will be able to cancel directly from your account.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not prorate the unused portion of a billing period, and cancelling does not normally result in a refund for the current period.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged. If you believe you were charged in error, or believe exceptional circumstances warrant a refund, contact MarketBall support and we will review the request.

To request a review, email marketballsupport@gmail.com with your account email and order details. If a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. MarketBall does not directly store complete payment card information.
